Suspected Murderer Of Francesca And Drew Is Out On Bail

John Deshaies, who is currently the Corozal Police’s main suspect in the murder of North American Couple, Francesca Matous and Drew DeVoursney was released today on bail by Justice Antionette Moore.

Even though he is suspected of murdering the North American Couple, no charges have been levied against him in relation to the crime.

However, Deshaies was charged on Friday, May 5th for the theft and handling of stolen goods in another case involving the Placencia Casino.

John Deshaies was represented in court by a team of attorney’s including Richard “Dicky” Bradley.

A bail of $20,000 was given along with the conditions that he must surrender his Canadian Passport and cannot travel outside of the country of Belize without permission from the court until the case comes to an end.

Deshaies must also report to the Corozal Police Station every Friday, commencing on Friday May 19th between the hours of 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

His next court date has been set for Monday, November 6th, 2017.
